Why not feed your animals pet food? Well, it has grounded up bones and animal by-products in it. To me and a lot other people, this is not good to give to your pets. It can cause damage to their bodies in the long run and make them die sooner. A few years ago there was a recall on dog and cat food because it was killing them. Some people, like me, did not know about it until it was too late. I had lost my cat due to the cat food that I bought in the stores that was recalled a few days after I bought it. My cat had died. The cat food made his stomach hard and made him bleed out of its internal organs. I say pet food is up in smoke and should not be used. This is why lots of people do not buy pet food because there can be fungus on the vegetables, bad meat, and chemicals in them. The chemicals can be on the vegetables that they put in the mixture in the pet food. These chemicals are very toxic and can seriously harm or kill your pets. It also does not help them live longer. It can actually make them die faster. Cats and dogs can live well in to their 20's and that's their full life. When you feed them pet food, however, they only live to the age of 13 or 15 years old, which deprives them of 5 to 7 years that they should be able to live. If you want to have your pet live longer then you need to feed them human-grade food because it keeps them alive longer. It makes them healthier and well fit to help them stay strong. Just don't feed them bread because it can give them heartworms. Don't give them chocolate because that can kill them. These are not foods that you give your pet at all. You give them actual whole foods that you eat to keep you healthy. Some pets will even eat fruits and vegetables by themselves. It is good for them, and it keeps them looking and feeling younger. They will have much more energy to play, go hunting with you, play with your kids, and much more. Pets are a part of your family, and you want the best for them and to make them feel better as they get older. Do what is right for them by feeding them human food.
