It is very necessary to teach you dog to avoid jumping from your fence. If you do not teach it this, it may have various hazardous effects on your dog. There could be an assortment of reasons for your dog to jump the fence that you have established to confine it. Dogs usually cross the fence because of various instinctive qualities they have. Normally, dogs want to wander in the streets in order to find a mate for them. Some of them are not fixed, and so they catch a quarrel with some other dogs on the road. Road accidents may also injure your favorite pet or it may have to loose its life due to this. With the intention to avoid these aforementioned hazards, you must take necessary steps to stop your dog from jumping over your fence. A majority of dogs have a sporty nature. They just run here and there and even jump over the fence. An electrical fence may prohibit your dog from jumping your fence, only if you can afford such costly fences. One of the methods of avoiding dogs from jumping your fences is to stay with them. You can take them for walks, jogs or running. This would prove like a workout for your dogs as well as for yourself. Try to take your dogs to parks and various other public places where dogs are allowed. Try to make your dog remains active throughout the day. Swimming is again a good idea for you dog to get busy. You can play the game of catching Frisbees, balls and various other dog toys in your back yard. This would restrict your dog to jump over your fence. Another technique is to place some bushes near the fence. This would restrict the dog from jumping the fence. In order to jump over a hurdle, the dog has to fasten their feet on the apex of the barrier and then they pull themselves upside to jump over. Placement of bushes near the fence would mostly do the necessary help. Due to the hindrance of the bushes, your dog can not run faster and can not accumulate enough vigor to jump over the fence. You can even extend the length of your fence, so that your dog does not jump over it. A PVC pipe could be attached on the zenith of your fence along with barbed wires. This would definitely help you in stopping your dog from pouncing over the fence.
